She will check Dr Akilah's availability and schedule your appointment, typically within 24–72 hours (as early as 4 hours if a slot opens). Appointments are available any day of the week, including Sundays, between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM Eastern Time. If a different day or time works better for you, alternative scheduling can be arranged. On the appointed day and time, Dr. Akilah will call the number you provide.

Sessions last a minimum of 60–90 minutes, with additional time provided at no extra charge if more discussion is needed to fully address your concerns. To prepare: After payment, complete and return the client intake form (which will be emailed to you). Having a pen and paper for notes is also recommended.
